WHAT WE DO

We are Classical Pilates experts in beautiful Vancouver, offering private and small group classes. Classes have a max of 4 participants for optimal alignment and form correction and our instructors have completed a 1-2 year advanced certification. Work through back pain, hip and knee pre/ post op, sciatica and overall strength and alignment with the classical method. This includes work on the mat, reformer, tower, chair and barrel apparatus. We have classes for all levels including safe, foundation classes for those just starting out.
