Yamuna Foot Wakers

Yamuna Foot Savers
Save your feet! An intense, powerful tool for improving foot function. Use these half balls to improve gait, alignment, and muscle tone, stimulate reflexology points, strengthen arches, increase range of motion, and stimulate and elongate the muscles of the calves, thighs, hips, and lower back.

Yamuna Gold Ball
A must for those that experience back pain. Perfect for abdominal work, chest opening and sideline work. If you have osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, have myofascial pain, scoliosis, or a tight thoracic spine the gold ball is for you.

Yamuna Pearl Ball
The pearl ball has the same consistency as the gold ball but is smaller, so it sinks more deeply into your tissues for a more intense experience. It's also good for getting into small or tight areas like the neck, armpit, or between the breasts.

The Pump
This pump is small, light and perfect for travel. It comes with a removable needle, so you can also deflate your balls.
Note: Many sport pumps will fit into the nozzle of the ball, but they may or may not work to inflate the ball and there is a risk of damage.
