How often should I come?
Recommended programs start with 6-10 sessions in length and 2 days a week. This allows us to understand your needs, diagnose, reassess and implement an effective fitness plan to help you achieve your goals.
Back pain?
This is the most common pain point and it is not something you need to live with on a daily basis. We can help relieve it in as little as one session. Maintenance sessions are recommended to correct posture long term, eliminate old patterns and reduce chronic pain.
What should I wear?
Wear form fitted clothing that will allow you to move around, upside down and twist around. No zippers on your clothing please as it may tear the equipment. We require non-slip grip socks for your safety and studio cleanliness. For purchase in studio.
How long are the sessions?
Private and duet sessions are 50 minutes, Group classes are 45 minutes.
I work at a desk all day and have chronic neck and pack pain. Can Pilates help me?
Yes! Pilates can help with correcting posture and alleviate neck and back pain. We can help you with your ergonomic setup and help you counteract all the tightness and tension created from sitting for extended periods of time in awkward forward positions. Sitting static for hours on end leads to tight rounded shoulders, forward head posture, a tight thoracic spine and hip flexors and even a dowagers hump. Improve your posture and alleviate pain and long term effects with a corrective Pilates program
