GUIDED CLASSES

ALIGN group classes are 45 minutes and a max of 4 participants for optimal corrections and instruction.

With small class sizes, our instructors ensure proper posture and movement while blending traditional Pilates with the Franklin method, Yamuna ball rolling, breathwork, and more. Whether for rehabilitation or a dynamic, sport-focused workout, these classes are tailored to your needs using various Pilates apparatus and props. Enjoy a fun, safe, and challenging experience!
