PRIVATE SESSIONS

Enjoy the luxury of individualized sessions to reach your wellness, health and movement goals. Recommended programs are 6-10 sessions in length and 2-3 days a week. This allows us to understand your needs, diagnose, reassess and implement an effective plan to help you achieve your goals and get results! Additional sessions may be recommended for maintenance and optimal performance.

What should I bring to class?

Comfortable athletic clothing, grip socks for safety and a water bottle to hydrate. Please avoid wearing anything with buttons and zippers to avoid damaging the equipment.

Are there different levels of classes?

Yes, we have 3 different class levels depending on your Pilates experience. Level 3 requires studio approval

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.

Grip Sock Policy

Grip Socks are required at all Align Sessions and are available for purchase in studio.

Please ensure your phone is on silent during class.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are a new client, we require that you arrive at least five minutes before the start of class so we can review apparatus safety.

Class Cancellation Policy

We require 12 hours notice to cancel. If cancelled with less than 12-hour notice, you will lose the credit from your package or be charged a $45 fee for a class or $120 for a private. Any missed session will be charged in full. Being late, sick, work or feeling under the weather are still considered a late cancel as this leaves a gap in the instructor’s schedule with little time to fill. Should you no show or we are unable to contact you for a session or payment, we reserve the right to contact your emergency contact.

We do not accept email or text cancellations. Please cancel your reservation through your JANE account on our website.
