STUDIO TERMS + CONDITIONS



CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We require 12 hours notice to cancel. If cancelled with less than 12-hours notice, a credit will be taken off of your package. Email the studio info@alignpilatesmvmt.com

  • Edit or cancel your session online through our booking system. Any missed session will be charged in full, not covered by benefits.

  • We do not accept cancellations made by email, phone, text or social media.

  • All sales are final. Packages are non-transferrable and expire 6 months after purchase.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We do not take debit or cash payment.

  • No refunds for purchases

  • Should you no show or we are unable to contact you for a session or payment, we reserve the right to contact your emergency contact.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  • Please hand sanitize upon entering and exiting (available throughout the studio)

  • Arrive a few minutes early and wait in the shared waiting area until your instructor brings you into the studio

  • Ensure you’ve filled out the studio waiver prior to your session

  • Please bring your own water bottle and grip socks

  • Grip socks are required during sessions (for purchase in studio)

  • Please refrain from wearing perfume, we are a scent free studio

  • Out of consideration for the instructor, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your session, the session may be cancelled.

WAITLIST

  • If our schedule is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist through the JANE booking site. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified up to an hour before.

NO-SHOW POLICY

  • If you reserve a time and do not show up without cancelling through JANE, you will lose your session and be charged the full amount.
